Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

I want to comment on how upsetting the lack of support is for an older perfectly good printers. I bought a new HP printer to replace my oldest  printer which was also in good condition. I still have another printer that may be a little less old but still old by HP standards and  is perfectly functioning except with my newer router.

it does not print except now and then. In my ideal world, older printers should still be able to print. It is such a waste to get rid of a perfectly functioning printer. Sometimes it prints ad sometimes it doesn't.  Why do you do this?  

 

I tried to add my new printer  this site and got a message to try again because something was not working. I am losing my faith in HP. Already lost my faith in technology.
