want to update ram

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to update my computers RAM from an 8gb to a 16gb and i wanted to know how i should go about it. Like what specific ram should i buy? any specific brand ? and is it even possible to upgrade it? Thanks.
