Hi

 

I purchased a new laptop on 14-Jan-2020 on registering the product and checking for warranty it says that warranty is expired already. I already tried raising a dispute with support for same, its been 3 days I have no response on the Case ID [edited]

 

Please could someone advice how do I get this issue of incorrect dates corrected.
