Camera cannot be found.doesnt show up in device mgr.did a reset,didnt help.ran diagnostics tests today.Says the camera execution failed.now what?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Using the TouchPad or Clicked: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778  and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
