i want to start doing a little pc gaming and my laptop is definately on the low end could i do anything so i could run most the games without to much trouble

To be frank -- no. 

 

The change that yields the most performance gain in a laptop is swapping and SSD for the HDD, but yours already has an m.2 SSD -- so there's nothing to be done there.  You could add memory, but that's not going to gain any noticeable performance gain.
