Hi, I was cleaning my laptop inside from dust using a clean ear swabs and after a few minutes I found a small object damaged/broken. So I want to know what does that object do? and is it important if I don't fix it? I been using my laptop and everything looks normal to me without it. I will include some pictures about it if it possible.

The battery also, it seems bulging to me, is this normal here or not?
