what's the difference between 191B0AV_1 & 7PU81AV_1

I recently purchased HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15t-eb000 touch7PU81AV_1

but I saw the same laptop for better price when you max the features the only thing I'm getting it's the price is more. I selected this laptop HP Spectre Laptop - 15t-eb000191B0AV_1... that is way more cheaper than this when you max the features on both of them HP Spectre Laptop - 15t-eb000191B0AV_1 this one is way more cheaper.

I just want to know if they're the same then... why the price is more for the HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15t-eb000 touch7PU81AV_1. Also I see a difference when you upgrade the graphic card on HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15t-eb000 touch7PU81AV_1 this model the price goes $200 up it only suppose to be $80 or $100 for the upgrades.

They are BOTH CTO machines, you pay for what you selected. They are TWO different series

• HP Spectre Laptop - 15t-eb000 (191B0AV_1)
• HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15t-eb000 touch (7PU81AV_1)

One VERY difference between them is the first one is normal Spectre and the second one is x360 Spectre you can rotate 360 degree the second one but you can't rotate the first one.

But in the pictures it displays That the first one is x360. Also it comes with a Hp pen.  So that’s why I’m wondering If they both are the same?
