This is a post from an HP user in the Korean laptop community.

 

He bought it from an official HP partner.

but used laptop were delivered

he called to HP korea official counselor, but counselor said "It is not a reason for refund."

 

 

please check korea service, and Don't it to 'Yongsan-gu'
