I currently have two different SSDs First WD_BLACK 1TB SN850X up to 7300MB/s NV Me m.2 2280 second SSD that I have is Western Digital WD Blue SN580 NV Me 1TB, up to 4150MB/s, 5 Y Warranty, PCIe Gen 4 NV Me M.2 (2280) will these two SSDs can support my current laptop i.e. Hp AMD Ryzen 3 Radeon Vega 6 3300U Laptop and my laptop las extra slot for storage.

Yes, ether one would work but they won't run at their maximum advertised read/write speeds from your notebook's PCIe Gen 3.0 SSD slot.

Your notebook has support for one M.2 NVMe SSD and one 2.5" SATA drive.
