Windows Hello also returns "couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint". (This also applies to Facial Recognition) 
However, I have installed all the drivers and the latest version of the operating system.
Where could the problem be in; driver or sensor? is there any fix to it?

It does NOT have hardware (camera) to support Windows Hello Face Recognition. No option on manual

Note: Finger print and camera are 2 different hardware.

Why do the fingerprint and camera not work, knowing that the camera works when the application is opened?

I just need a solution to the problem

 

I know that they are two different devices, but why does the system not recognize them even though I downloaded all the required drivers?Screenshot (2).png
