It does NOT have hardware (camera) to support Windows Hello Face Recognition. No option on manual

Note: Finger print and camera are 2 different hardware.

Why do the fingerprint and camera not work, knowing that the camera works when the application is opened?
I just need a solution to the problem
I know that they are two different devices, but why does the system not recognize them even though I downloaded all the required drivers?
