Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Basically my HP laptop won't turn on instead a blue screen pops up and the only options are "Troubleshoot" and "Turn off your PC". I've tried every option on troubleshoot and nothing is working. It also says that my current version of diagnostics is not up to date. I currently have Version 7.9.0.0

Pls help.

The blue screen is the operating system. The issue would be with the operating system..

 

The HP Hardware Diagnostics does not check the operating system as its function is in its self titled name.

 

You might try a Windows recovery to a safe point from before the day the problem began.

You will need a USB recovery  or Windows 10  Installation media flash drive to get past the Blue Screen. See the link below for description on how to obtain a USB recovery  or Windows 10  Installation media flash drive.
