écran noir quand tourné à 270°

Récemment mon pc rencontre un gros problème. Dès que je le tourne à plus de 270 degrés l'écran devient noir. J'ai effectué plusieurs tests et j'ai trouvé que seul l'écran devenait noir, mais le pc continuait de fonctionner normalement. Comme le problème est sûrement dû à un problème interne je souhaiterai faire réparer mon PC. Comment procéder sachant que je possède une garantie d'usine active.
