i am using HP Elitebook 6930p p/n # NL583UP after windos 7 32 bit installing below drivers are not found :-
1) Base System Device
2) Pci Serial Port
3) Pci Simple Communications Controller
I have done online driver upgrade but its dosent work at all, and also try to find from hp website but failed.
Kindly let me know the solution of above matter.

Thanks paul, Its works, but let me know about figureprint sensor, where could i found this driver and how it can be use.

You're very welcome, Abbas.
In order for the fingerprint sensor to work, you need both the driver and the software to configure it.

Below is the link to the HP ProtectTools software you need to configure the fingerprint sensor.
I recommend you also read the ProtectTools security guide, which I have provided at the link below.

Thanks for your assitant, i installed both of finger print device software and after running Credential Manger , apply same method which shown in pdf file , first asking for windows password, which has been inserted but after that in credential manager showing "finger print : THERE IS NO FINGERPRINT DEVICE IN SYSTEM".
fingerprint device is there, but not configure i think correctly,
can you help me in this case.
Else in device manager showing finger print device installed . and working properly.
please help me in this case

I'm sorry you aren't able to get your fingerprint to register.
I do not use any security software on my PC's so unfortunately, I do not know how to troubleshoot any security issues.
I recommend you start a new post regarding your issue and you may also want to post your problem on the HP Business Support forum, since the 6930p is a business notebook.
