Microsoft Windows 11

Hi All,
14-dq0001dx turns on to a white screen and then blinks every second. No beep sound.

Try Windows key + B  then power on or + v or B alone nothing works.

Hello Ouloveme, how are you ?

When adding an external monitor, does it also have a black screen?

Have you added any new accessories to this product?

Do LEDs like caps lock+num lock blink?

thanks for taking the time to answer,

no, nothing new added to this laptop.

when I connected to an external monitor the screen was blank and the main screen was white and blinking every second.

there are no keys blinking on any of the keys mentioned. I tried to plug in a mouse. it seems there is no power from the USB either. it will stay on for a few minutes and then the screen goes off.

tried all the functions to recover bios nothing happened. I suspect the motherboard is gone.

thanks

Hello,

Let's try an electrical reset.

1 - Remove AC power from the equipment
2 - Press the on/off button for 1 minute
3 - Put the AC power back on and let it charge the laptop for 10 minutes
4 - Try calling.

If the above solutions do not work, you can take a technical representative of your choice. It could be something on the motherboard

If the laptop is under warranty, you can contact HP for repair.

If not, the link below can find a representative:
