HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Has anyone tried to update the BIOS of this model 15-en0012ax ?

BIOS version F.13 Rev.A ( File name: SP113204)

It can't be run at all.

I have been trying  to extract it to USB to fix my corrupt BIOS, but this file doesn't run at all.

Can HP fix this ??
