Product: HP All-in-One PC 24-dd0000a (7WY98AV)

I purchased my HP All in One at Sam's Club and my receipt says it has a 2 Year Warranty Care Pack - Windows 10 Home  Item 990000442. 

According to HP's Warranty Care Pack, it covers accidental damage, but when I went to check on how I could get my HP screen fixed the HP Care Pack Services I registered under said it's expired.  What do I do?

A little bummed.... I got a hold of support and they stated I needed to get a hold of Sam's Club to have them forward the Care Pack Warranty.

I have the receipt showing it was purchased, so what's the issue. SMH.... guess I'll have to wait to get my computer fixed.
