Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

OK this is my second HP and I am very frustrated. At the beginning it was fast. Now it is slow as hell. I have done all the tricks but nothing speeds it up. Is anyone else having this issue. I should have know this was going to happen but I stupidly went ahead and bought another HP. This is almost 2 years old. I could run a mile before this thing boots up and opens any file I need.
