Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I Bought HP 2-in-1 pavilion four years ago. It keep dying every year. Why would HP make such faulty pieces? I am having 3FO error which looks like very common in HP laptops.

I tried everything. Not working. Checked the system diagnostics by pressing ESC at start and did the storage tests. Hardware passed long and short tst. Went to boot options and set to default and tried. Didn't work. Downloaded HP recovery on an USB and tried booting from USB. Didn't work. What should I do?
