Hi @John_Rose,

Thank you for your response

It seems that HP Sure Click is blocking the URL scheme associated with Adobe Acrobat's OAuth2 authentication process. HP Sure Click is designed to protect against web-based threats by opening potentially harmful files and URLs in a secure, isolated environment.

To overcome this issue with HP Sure Click, you could try one of the following solutions:

Updating HP Sure Click Settings:

  • You may need to configure HP Sure Click to allow access to the URL with the scheme 'acrobat2021.oauth2'. This might be done through the HP Sure Click settings or control panel on your laptop. Check if there is an option to manage or whitelist specific URL schemes or applications.

Disable HP Sure Click Temporarily:

  • If you know the URL you're trying to access is safe, you could temporarily disable HP Sure Click while accessing the file. Be sure to turn it back on after you've completed your task to maintain security.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
