Your post is confusing because the heading says Windows 10 but the info you provided says Windows 8.1 -- these are not the same.
Also, HOW did you do the reset? If you reinstalled Windows from media that you downloaded from Microsoft, since you can not download an OEM version from them, you will not be able to activate that download.
