@karthikmkarthik, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your camera after updating to Windows 11. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:

Check Camera Settings:

  • Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera and ensure the camera access is enabled.

Update Camera Driver:

  • Visit the HP Support website and download the latest camera driver for your model.
  • Alternatively, you can update the driver via Device Manager:
    • Open Device Manager.
    • Expand Imaging devices.
    • Right-click on your camera and select Update driver.

Run the Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
  • Select Camera and run the troubleshooter.

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Ensure your system is up to date by going to Settings > Windows Update and checking for updates.

Check Antivirus Settings:

  • Sometimes, antivirus software can block camera access. Temporarily disable your antivirus and check if the camera works.

Restart Your Computer:

  • A simple restart can sometimes resolve hardware detection issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
