I took my HP Pavillion 15-dk0068wm to a repair shop to get the battery changed (I didn't know the exact battery needed + I wanted it done right) and now suddenly my laptop is unusable.

At first, I noticed suddenly F lock was turned off (I use FN + F00 keys because I play video games.) so I went on to he BIOS to fix that. Then, mid-fix, the issue showed up.

1. The issue started with the cursor freezing then disappearing.

2. Eventually, the cursor would disappear after logging in.

(These were yesterday, everything after happened today)

3. Booted up my computer, it said windows had an update. Updated, now suddenly it demands I restore my pc.

Ok.

I do that, now suddenly it's stuck on "Repairing your PC" or "Please wait". The second I boot my computer, it's a BSOD.

So, I decided I had to pull out the big guns. I go to reset my pc... And it says I can't. I go to restore my pc... And it says I can't. I try to troubleshoot, and it says the troubleshooter file is corrupt.

How screwed am I? Unless someone has a fix.

Info: I can't even get to the "Enter your password" screen. The computer instantly bluescreens. I have attempted to force shut down my computer, I've attempted booting in safe mode... Nothing is safe from everyone's favorite BSOD.

First time it made it to system restore, woo! Not too confident, to be honest.
