HP Recommended

After resetting my HP Elitbook x360 1040 G6, I couldn't have access to it again, Walmart  was showing but couldn't sign in to have access to my laptop.

Please, any help?

What I suggest you do is to use the HP cloud recovery client to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software for your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility:  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

 

Since you can't use your PC you will have to create the recovery drive on another Windows PC.
