Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I tried the hard reset by pressing the f11 key but it did not work

i have alarm that’s has alarm 3 times the 4 beeps 

it shuts down after alarm stops. Will not let me press any keys. Please help. I moved the all in one system to another table and that’s when the alarms started. 
please help
