Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I've been trying to fix this issue for some time now with no luck. I have a dedicated GPU and 8 GB ddr4 RAM, with 2,1 GB of that ram being hardware reserved. As much as HP says it is actually "shared", it is not. I have run benchmark programs as well as playing some resource intensive games to check the max amount of RAM the system uses. It never rose above 5.8xx GB.

BIOS is also of no help as it does not offer any setting in which I could change this.  I have the latest version: F.05

I would very much appreciate any solutions from you guys, or even better, HP themselves. Thank you for your time
