I have been having issue an issue with my laptop where things like audio and video will randomly stop working after 15 or 20 minutes and I have to restart to get it to work properly again. This has been going on since the day I bought it but didn't bother me enough to try to fix it.
Now I am working from home and connecting to my work PC through a VPN and dealing with the same issues. Something as simple as an email notification, pop-up window, opening a program, or sometimes seemingly nothing at all will cause the connection to crash and my laptop must be restarted in order to reconnect to the VPN, join a zoom meeting or call, etc...
Needless to say, having to restart my computer 20-30 times over the course of a work day is a problem that I need to fix. Please let me know if there is a solution for this!
