I HAVE A HP PAVILION dv7 1243 cl Entertainment Notebook 17.3 in PC AND I AM SIGNED IN ON IT AS A GUEST AND A BIOS ISSUE HAS COME UP AND I CAN'T RECALL THE PASSWORD, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, UNLESS I BUY SOFTWARE I GUESS, THAT MIGHT NOT BE THE CASE I NEED ANSWERS.  I WENT TO BIOSBUG.COM AND IT WOULD NOT WORK FOR ME.  I KNOW THERE ARE WAYS TO GET PAST THIS ISSUE I JUST CAN'T GET ANY OF THEM TO WORK.  CAN HP.COM FIX IT FOR ME SINCE MY LAPTOP IS REGISTERED ON HP.COM?
