Product: QG468PA#ACJ
Operating System: Other

When I try to switch off the laptop,  it does not and gives the below error and message;

 

Error - BIOS Application Error (501)

Message - The HP BIOS application selected is corrupt or missing. Please install the application and try again.

 

I also downloaded and installed the new version of BIOS with the help of my laptop serial number but still getting the issue.

 

Model:g6-1200TX
