Notebook 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Notebook 15 did a BIOS update and afterwards all I have is a blank screen. I've tried several times to reinstall with the same result. It's upgraded to F.22 from F.02 if this helps. Can I roll it back? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

@UTB68,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows after the BIOS update.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Do you see any blinking lights on the computer?

Meanwhile, follow the steps in the below article to roll back to the BIOS to the previous version.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
