hoping someone can provide some instruction on what to do. What does this mean?  I’m getting the below message on my Laptop.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

The diagnostic is normally started with the F2 key on bootup. Please run the memory test and hard drive check and let me know the results or take pictures.

( if serial number, device id, UUID, System Board CT Number is displayed, please blur )
