Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I am trying to enable legacy support option from BIOS it will change but when I save and exit and again go to BIOS to check setting all setting reverted.

 

Can someone please help me

Let's try:

  1. Firstly, run BIOS Update: Follow steps from the link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00042629
     
  2. Next follow the steps to change the boot options: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04784866#targetText=Press%20the%20power%20button%20to,then%20...
  • Shutdown the notebook.
  • Tap away at the esc key as soon as you press the power button to enter the Start-up Menu and then select the Bios Menu ( f10 ).
  • Under the System Configuration tab, expand the Boot Options Menu.
  • You need to set Secure Boot to Disabled and Legacy Devices to Enabled.
  • When done, press f10 and select to save the changes.
