Hello,

my laptop shows a "Base System Error", please see inserted photo with details.

It had originally installed Vista but I upgraded it years ago to Win7.

I switched the 2 harddisks, because Vista caused more and more problems. Later the motherboard failed, but got repaired by IT-shop.

Problem that occurs more and more often is that Firefox stops working and afterwards no other program can be executed.

After restart and cleaning (CCleaner) everything works fine again.

May be these probelms are connected ?

I doubt that the issues are interrelated.

 

Since you are running W7, I recommend you download and install the Microsoft Edge Browser for W7...
