Hello. Could anyone possibly help me with the following issue:

I'm trying to calibrate my new battery for my computer. However, it won't calibrate. I've tried using the tool that is accessible before windows starts up (Accessed by pressing F2 during startup), the HP Diagnostics Tool, the HP Support Assistant, and I even tried to calibrate it manually. If there's any other way someone knows FOR SURE that worked for them, please provide it here. When I used the software before windows boots up, it says "Waiting for the battery to start charging", after it detects the AC Power Adapter. When I used the HP Diagnostics tool, the battery check would always say "Cancelled". The HP Support Assistant/HP Battery Check App said to leave the computer plugged in, fully charged for 3-4 hours. None of these worked, so I would like some help. Thanks!
