HP Recommended

My PC when plugged in shows the orange indicator light then after few seconds it turns off even when the power adapter is still plugged in . When I boot the laptop it still shows me "0%, plugged in" but when I remove the power adapter it goes off. PLEASE  HELPPPPPP!!!!!!!!
