Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my battery was working normally. For two weeks, it does not indicate low battery status. It just goes off.

Battery issue

Hello,

Welcome to the HP Support forum.

Most likely your battery will need to be replaced.

Please, perform UEFI hardware diagnostics as suggested here in this video >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JXUp43ahHA

Perform a component test, test the battery. Let me know the results.

How old is your computer ? How long have you been using it ?

If you charge the PC battery to what is seems to be 100%, how long it can run on battery ?

Ok, so it does decline gradually? Percent by percent ? What % does it show around the time your PC shuts down ?

This is a known issue and HP has addressed it by releasing an update to the HP 3D DriveGuard application. Please, check this and perform the update:
