My battery deatails here

Cell 1: 3932 mv

Cell 2:  4004 mv

Cell 3: 4009 mv

Cell 4: 0 mv

CT No. : 6FPFD08C8396JL

FAILURE ID :RE00W

Cycle count: 450/300

Terminal voltage: 11964 mv

Design voltage : 10800 mv

So i i ne to replace battery or this is hardware issue battery not charging after battery low and pc shutdown after i plugged in power and start the battery issue happen plz help me
