Bios Reset for Laptop, tried all of HP methods

Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello,

I'm in need of help unlocking my bios to upgrade to windows 10. I tried everything on the HP steps and then even took out the CMOS battery. Once I did that I can't even get the laptop to boot to windows after I type in the password wrong 3 times I get the error code i 75890688

First off, laptops, unlike desktops, do not reset the CMOS when you remove the battery.  So, that does you no good.

 

Second, Sorry, we are no longer able to provide any assistance with password reset or recovery issues.

Also please note that now, to resolve a forgotten BIOS password issue, a system board replacement is required -- and additional customer costs apply.
