The bios was interrupted while loading, and then the screen did not appear, when the power button is pressed, the fan works, but the screen remains on the black screen.

Unfortunately,  a failed bios upgrade is never good. 

First see if you can just reset the PC.

This is how to do a hard reset

• Turn on the computer by holding the power button down for 20 full seconds then release.
• Press the Power button one more time (if necessary) to start the computer.
• Tap the ESC key about once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash.
• Press F2 to run diagnostics: (v) 2.6 or later is recommended.

If that does not work then try to restore the BIOS.

Do 1, 2, and the first part of 3.
For the second part of 3 you will need a USB flash drive and possibly an
older BIOS if the recent BIOS caused the problem. Make sure the USB flash had LED lights.

For laptops, step 2 'CMOS reset' there is no CMOS battery nor CMOS switch and no need to open the laptop. Use the Windows key + 'v' as explained here.


To install from USB.
When you power up your system the LEDs on the flash drive should flash once at the instant power is applied. They will then flash about three to five seconds later (hopefully). When they flash a second time that means the files are being read from the flash drive. If you never see it flash a second time then the boot loader is damaged and you cannot recover the bios unless you use a programming tool or replace the chip. You hold down the Windows key + B key when powering up with the USB flash inserted.
