Bitlocker on my laptop and i didnt set it up can i get the key

Is there anyway to get the key for the bitlocker setup when i bought it

Please click the link below and go to the "Data protection with Device Encryption" section that reads:

"Device Encryption is enabled automatically when you either sign into your device with a Microsoft account or join with a corporate domain account. The recovery key is uploaded to the Microsoft account or the corporate domain automatically."

Basically, when you connected to the internet and signed in with your Microsoft account during the W11 initial setup, BitLocker was automatically activated without your knowledge. This made many W11 users unaware that their PCs had BitLocker on until one day W11 asked for the recovery key at bootup.
