HP Recommended

Bitlocker popped up on my laptop but I don’t have a key connected to my windows account. When I try to reset my laptop it won’t let me.

You will have to either clean install Windows on the drive, or use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive if your PC is supported by this utility.
