Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I purchased my laptop from HP not long ago it came with the hard drive encrypted and if I want to temporarily disable secure I need the key however this was never given to me. Does anyone know where to find it?

Hi:

 

If you set up a user logon using a Microsoft account, the Bitlocker key should be been exported to your Microsoft account.

Finding your BitLocker recovery key in Windows (microsoft.com)

 

If that doesn't work, you can google the problem and see what turns up, because no one here would be able to provide further assistance with Bitlocker key recovery.
