Product: HP Pavilion x360 Laptop - 14m-dw0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! Last night, my laptop fell on its side, and it just turned black. I didn't think much of it but at this point, it's getting too concerning. I've tried multiple ways like holding the power button, trying to reset the BIOS & stuff like that. The power light is on and works fine but caps lock or any LED lights are not currently working. Any tips please? I don't want to buy another laptop as this one cost me a lot and I'm a very broke student currently.

 

Any help would be appreciated! 💕
