Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone, today I turned on my laptop then the hp logo showed up as normally then preparing automatic repair showed after that a black screen just shows up and it stays on that forever. I turned it off then on and did a system quick check the results were as follows

Failure ID : PLG3H0-80DA4J-XD7WMF-60VF03

Product ID : N1K71EA#ABV

Hard drive 1 

Hard drive Short DST check : failed 

 

What does that mean and what should I do in this case. Can someone help as soon as possible.

Hi

Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure

 

This means you have to replace the hard disk and all the software.

From 2016 onwards there is a possible recovery option via the cloud...

This may require another PC. Find and Download your .iso from…

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Expand/Extract/Burn the iso Image onto a DVD/USB as needed.
Microsoft’s Creator Tool will make the required DVD or USB.
