Hello, my laptop has 4 cores, and it was on ly use 2 core, and when i tied to change my core from 2 to 4 and then restart my laptop, I got bluescreen error that told me please remove any newly hardware devices. And my laptop doesn't want to start. I tried to open bios advance to get back the cpu core to as it was be, but it locked. How can fix this problem or how can I lock advance bios? My laptop model( 15-bs0xx core i5)

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Please follow steps listed below to perform a BIOS defaults.
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F10 once for BIOS.
4) Press F9 for BIOS defaults.
5) Press F10 to save and exit.
