HP Notebook - 15-da0053wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased my HP notebook in October of 2019, and when I logged on to support it said that my warranty was expired. I sent in my receipt as part of my dispute, and received a response saying the status was updated. However that does not seem to be reflected on my Dashboard.

I say all of this because I am trying to get service for my laptop which has the "Boot device not found 3F0" error. I have tried the resolution posted on the support page, but my laptop does not pass the hard drive quick test, and will not boot at all. I cant find a way to open a ticket for support so I have come here.

Hi.

Just send it to HP service. Through shop were you bought it, or directly. I don't know, how it work in your country. Cause you have warranty. As I know, it must be 12 months as minimum for laptops.
