Hello, so i perfromed a factory reset that restored my computer to factory settings, i choose to erase all of the files. I have done this before and everything went well. What was happening was my disk useage was at 100% alot and something was wrong with my computer so i factory reset it. While in the factory reset it was 44% in at the "resetting your computer" and the next thing i knew i had 2 options, to shutdown or to startup with advanced options. Well i choose to shut it off, 5 mins later i turned it back on and i ran a SMART check which failed this was the ID# 9367LW-86J89N-MFPX7G-60BR3 followed by the product id which is stated above. it says when i start up Boot Device Not Found, Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Followed by Hard Disk (3FO) i can only click f2 and it gives me the link to vist the help center. The computer saying it did not have an operating system was not the first alert i got, it was something else saying there was a hard drive error which then turned into not having an operting system. I have tried to go to f11 and go that way but no matter what it always come back to the screen that says Boot device not found , please install an operating system. PLEASE HELP !! Thanks. in Advance.
