Hi,
It usually indicates a problem with the hard drive. So, first I would perform HP diagnostics at startup.
Turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on PC and continuously keep pressing ESC until the startup menu appears. Next press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try performing a system test (fast) or at least a hard drive test. Let me know the results.
