Boot uo issue

Laptop 15-BS11DX
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

With past computers, I tapped the F12 key to get a bootup menu which would allow you to choose the CD/DVD drive to boot up from. With my HP Laptop, I cannot figure how to get to this bootup menu so that I can boot up with the CD/DVD drive.

HELP PLEASE - I will be most grateful

@Hal9779

As indicated by @ieee488 , pressing F9 should give you a Boot Devices menu.

But, if it does not work, then you can try repeatedly pressing the Esc key to get the HP Start Menu and select the Boot Devices menu from there.

I would like to thank the HP Community Support.  Both answers were correct. I did have to do the "escape Key"

FIRST which brought up a list of menu items that included the "F9" for Boot menu. Thanks ever so much  -  Hal
