Hi,

This is the model HP Pavilion 13-r010dx x2 Detachable PC

It originally comes with Windows 8.1 installed. You can install Windows 10 by creating a bootable USB drive with the OS on it.

The only real upgrade you can perform is to replace the Hard Drive with a 2.5" SSD.
