Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Ordered HP 15 Laptop PC that was supposed to have 32 GB memory and 1 TB SSD storage. Box arrived and right on box and when you pen laptop it states 8GB/256GB. There is one sticker on the outside of box that lists specifications that include the 32GB/1TB but it is overtop another sticker that indicates the laptop is 8GB/256GB. So what does this laptop actually have? Is it 8GB/256GB or 32GB/1TB?

You can check yourself. Its official specs

That means its original specs only has 8/256 and you orders 32/1TB that why tehy put new sticker on it (just to save/reuse a box). Again, you can check yourself now to see does it match your order with 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage

   (a) Check RAM:  Right click Start, select System you can see RAM installed

   (b) Check Storage: There are many ways to check, quick one is to Open File Explorer

Regards.
